The Russian occupiers, who miraculously survived the war in Ukraine, caused a surge in serious crimes already on the territory of the aggressor country. The vast majority of murderers and rapists were previously convicted under various articles of the Criminal Code, and then pardoned by Putin and sent “legally” to kill. Now Russia is faced with a huge problem – the “heroes of the Northern Military District” have become a threat to their compatriots.

Habit of killing

Human life is priceless. But not in Russia and not for the occupiers. Convicted criminals, who, by the will of the Kremlin dictator, received weapons in their hands, and subsequently additional experience, after returning home they felt complete impunity and began to kill again. And most often those who are not able to give a worthy rebuff.

The other day, Russia was rocked by the terrible murder of a resident of St. Petersburg, which occurred in the village of Nikolskoye (Leningrad Region).

In front of the house where the apartment of 42-year-old ex-Wagnerist Alexander Serov is located, a suitcase with dismembered human remains was found. And in the apartment itself, investigators found another suitcase with body parts. Serov at first could not explain its origin, but later confessed to the crime.

It turned out that the occupier returned home after serving in the so-called Wagner PMC, where he left a colony in Udmurtia, where he had been serving a 12-year sentence for murder since 2018.

And in Surgut, a pardoned “veteran” took the order for the murder of local businessman Arsen Daudov and shot him in front of his family. The killer Abdul Zakavov is a master of sports in combat shooting.

In 2019, he was sentenced to nine and a half years in prison for robbery. However, the criminal did not serve his term – he was recruited from the colony into the ranks of the invaders, and after the capture of Bakhmut he was pardoned by Putin’s decree and returned home.

A month earlier, in March, in Moscow , a 51-year-old Russian man stabbed his common-law wife more than 15 times and then cut off her ear. The woman died from multiple wounds.

The attacker had previously been convicted of causing grievous bodily harm resulting in death. In October 2022, he was recruited and went to the war in Ukraine as part of Wagner. Six months later, having returned to Moscow, he was again convicted of intentional damage to property and spent several months in a pre-trial detention center. And now there is a new murder.

And in Chelyabinsk at the end of February, Nikita Sidorov, who returned from the war, killed his ex-wife Natalya in the presence of her three-year-old son.

The woman managed to call the police and report that her brutal ex-husband was threatening her with violence. The squad arrived after 35-40 minutes, and the police knocked on the door for a long time and waited for it to be opened from the inside. When the door was opened, the woman was dead.

Thugs took on children

Over the two years of full-scale war in Ukraine, the number of sentences in cases against sexual integrity in the Russian Federation has seriously increased.

According to the Russian opposition Telegram channel “We Can Explain,” whose employees studied the statistics of the judicial department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the number of people convicted of rape increased over the two war years by almost 10%, those convicted of violent acts of a sexual nature increased by almost a quarter, and indecent acts against minors (under 16 years of age) – more than half (61%).

A big contribution to the statistics was made by the “heroes of the Northern Military District” who returned from the war in Ukraine, especially the prisoners pardoned by Putin.

For example, in the Orenburg region, a prisoner-occupier who survived at the front, Yuri Gavrilov, who received a pardon from Putin, raped an 11-year-old girl. At her mother’s request, she went to a neighbor to pick up a music speaker, but in the end a tragedy occurred.

Russians react violently to such cases, albeit on social networks. “Russia is sliding into the abyss”, “What is going on here?!”, “We must return the death penalty!” But almost no one asks the authorities why those convicted of serious crimes continue to be released.

It is precisely this slave psychology that has led to what the “heroes of the Northern Military District” are now doing in the Russian Federation. And, apparently, these are just flowers.
