Why must Ukraine be forced to relinquish its land and natural resources just to appease and reward a criminal?

🇺🇦 Day 979 of the war in Ukraine!

A few facts about the state of Russia that are practically unknown to the general reader.
In public perception, Russia is considered a powerful country that is impossible to defeat. It has a huge territory, a large population and many resources. And this is true. But the size of its economy is smaller than the economy of Italy or the Netherlands.

Since the beginning of a full-scale attack on Ukraine, Russia has switched the economy to a war footing.

Now they have allocated 142 billion dollars for the military budget per year. Last year, the military budget and the secret (financing special operations to destabilize the necessary countries) budget amounted to about 40 percent of the country’s total gross product. Next year, it is planned that this will amount to more than half of the total gross production.

That is, the military budget is larger than all other expenses, and 8 times larger than the medical sector.

The interest rate has already reached 21 percent (this is the interest rate at which you can take out a loan). Economists say that real inflation in Russia is already 20 percent, and then there will be an increase several times!
The economy is overheated. The military industry, having made a huge increase, is now on the verge of falling.

In other words, the state of the Russian economy is far from how the media presents it.
Partly this is due to the sanctions (although they never worked as they should). Partly this is because Putin turned out to be completely short-sighted in starting the war.

Why am I writing about this now?

Having a correct idea of the state of Russia, one can understand that if we now help Ukraine with the necessary weapons and at the same time maintain sanctions, the Russian economy and military machine will not withstand. Russia itself will have to end the war. This is very important.
If we remove sanctions from Russia, then in just a few years it will recover and, having worked on its mistakes, will go to war with new strength.

Now is a very important time. There is an opportunity to end this war fairly. So that Russia loses and stops its brutal aggression against Ukraine. Russia needs to be held accountable. Why should Ukraine pay even more than what it has already paid with the deaths and destruction of its country.

Why must Ukraine be forced to relinquish its land and natural resources just to appease and reward a tyrant and criminal like Putin?

Another post from Jack from yesterday:

🇺🇦 Day 978 of the war in Ukraine!
The cities of Ukraine were subjected to intensified strikes by Russian troops.
In Kharkov, the Russians struck residential buildings and one of the most famous buildings of the city. This building was the calling card of Kharkiv. It was built by 5,000 volunteers in the 1920s. It was an avant-garde project of that time. Later, this building became an architectural monument, which drew the attention of the international organization for the protection of special monuments UNESCO.
Now this building has been destroyed by a Russian controlled aerial bomb.
In Krivoy Rog, the Russians also struck residential buildings and a hospital.
There are wounded and killed.
Other regions of Ukraine were also affected. With each such strike, life, health, and safety are destroyed. You can’t get used to this.

  1. The putler Turd Reich must pay.
In blood and treasure for the next 100 years as a minimum.
A pox on all the dwarf-grovelers who want to reward a nazi for genocide!

  2. ruSSia is sitting on a huge gas/oil mine and western sanctions hurt the West more than the enemy (Volkswagen, etc). A true president (US) would have warned Putin not to attack Ukraine or else, instead the Biden administration allowed the horror to start without any severe consequences. Joe Biden could still transfer all US F-4 and F-16 planes to Ukraine instantly, instead we only see long range restrictions and hot air for years. To get Kamala into office it would take decisive action instead of more leaks and more bullshit.
