On the night of August 1, Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters struck a convoy of unmanned naval boats, railway bridges, a Russian Black Sea Fleet RER unit, and other enemy targets. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reports this .
It is noted that a naval drone depot was hit in the Chornomorske area (AR Crimea).
“The warehouse is used for storage, training, and maintenance of unmanned naval boats that the enemy uses to perform combat and special missions in the Black Sea,” the General Staff explained.
In addition, the “Syvash” railway bridge in the Chonghar district, which connects the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region with Crimea, was hit, as well as the railway bridge in the Vladyslavivka district (AR Crimea).
“Both bridges are important elements of the enemy’s military logistics and are used to transfer personnel, weapons, military equipment, ammunition, and logistical resources between temporarily occupied Crimea and other TOTs in southern Ukraine,” the military noted.
The Russian Black Sea Fleet’s electronic reconnaissance unit in Sevastopol was also hit. Ukrainian defenders also hit a repair and restoration base in the Pervomayskyi area (AR Crimea), a material and technical equipment warehouse in the Podovoye area of the Kherson region, and a warehouse of enemy unmanned aerial vehicles in the Tokmak area of the Zaporizhia region.
