In eastern Ukraine, the gunners of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a Russian Pantsir-1S system worth $15 million dollars with one shot.
“How can one clear shot take $15 million worth of equipment away from an enemy? It’s very simple: it happens when Ukrainian gunners meet a well-advertised Russian Pantsir-1S anti-aircraft system in the steppes of Donbas,” the Operational Command “North” posted on Telegram.

I wonder what they mean by “well advertised”. Was it announced on social media? Were the orcs using mobile phones, which were tracked? Was it sitting out in the open w/out camouflage?
Perhaps it means the savages were bragging about its capabilities?
