People are in terrible and inhuman conditions, like in a concentration camp.

More than 10 thousand Mariupol residents are in the “prisons” of the so-called “DPR”.
This was announced by the Mariupol City Council in Telegram .play video
As noted, civilians were detained by the invaders and sent to places of detention. Four such prisons are known: two in Yelenovka, in the Donetsk pre-trial detention center and in Makiivka.
People are in terrible and inhuman conditions, like in a concentration camp. Closed in cramped cells 2 by 3 meters for 10 people, Mariupol residents almost do not receive water and food. They are not taken outside. They have no access to normal medical care and are subjected to various forms of torture, from psychological to physical.
“The occupiers have created real concentration camp conditions in which peaceful residents of Mariupol are forced to survive,” the City Council notes.
“I call on the International Red Cross and the UN to pay attention to the illegal detention of civilians in the city. Use all possible tools to obtain lists of prisoners. Ensure that they now receive decent conditions of stay. And work together to release every Mariupol resident,” stressed Mariupol Mayor Vadim Boychenko .
As Piotr Andryushchenko, adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, reported, resistance in Mariupol is gaining momentum, as a result of which the occupiers began another wave of filtering, searches and checks.
