Trump answered whether a situation was possible where he would turn away from Putin and side with Ukraine.
In an interview with The Atlantic, US President Donald Trump spoke about his attitude towards Russian leader Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and asked whether it could happen that he would unconditionally side with Ukraine.

Journalists at The Atlantic wrote that “Trump said Vladimir Putin ‘would be fine’ at peace talks on Ukraine.” He also emphasized that “Ukraine and Russia are not our lives, but this could end in World War III.”
Asked whether he was considering a situation where the US could significantly increase military support for Ukraine to preserve its territorial integrity, Trump responded evasively, noting that it “doesn’t necessarily have to be weapons.”
“There are many types of weapons. It doesn’t have to be weapons with bullets. It could be weapons with sanctions. It could be weapons with banking. It could be many other weapons,” he said.
He also suggested that Putin could well bring the situation to the point where Trump would unconditionally side with Ukraine, but there is one caveat.
“On the side of Ukraine, yes. Yes. But not necessarily on the side of Zelensky,” he emphasized, adding that he had difficulties with Zelensky (referring to the quarrel in the Oval Office).

Trump: May be I will be on the side of Ukraine someday…………………
This is like a very stupid version of Tony Soprano, but without Tony’s morality or ethics.
