Three buildings of Lviv Polytechnic University were damaged due to a Russian attack

Three buildings of the Lviv Polytechnic National University were damaged as a result of Russian strikes . This was reported by the rector of the university, Natalia Shakhovska.

“Approximately 100 windows were broken in the 5th building, 15 in the 1st, and 10 in the 4th. Part of the classrooms were also damaged,” she said in a comment to Lviv media.

According to the head of the Lviv Regional Military (State) Administration, Maksym Kozytsky , the number of people who sought medical attention after the night attack on Lviv has increased to six. Among the injured is an 11-year-old boy. Five people, including a child, received assistance on the spot. One man was hospitalized.

According to Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovy , the Zaliznychny and Halytskyi districts of the city suffered the greatest damage.

“46 houses were damaged, over 500 windows were broken. 15 apartments are uninhabitable – 28 residents were offered temporary free accommodation in a hotel,” Andriy Sadovyi reported.
