The Ukrainian parliament building was left without water supply due to a massive Russian attack on the night of October 10.

This was reported by People’s Deputy Iryna Gerashchenko, Censor.NET reports .

Special technical water for household needs was brought to the Verkhovna Rada. During the government’s question hour, MP Oleksiy Honcharenko complained that he had brought a toothbrush with him, but discovered that there was no water in the building.

According to Gerashchenko, bio-toilets were also delivered to the Cabinet of Ministers building , which indicates water supply disruptions there as well.

Massive shelling on October 10, 2025

On the night of Friday, October 10, 2025, Russia carried out a massive missile and drone attack on Ukraine, in particular on Kyiv, Zaporizhia, Dnipro, Poltava region, and Cherkasy.

At least 12 people were injured in the capital , 8 of whom were hospitalized.

A seven-year-old boy died as a result of shelling of a residential building in Zaporizhia .

Explosions were recorded in Dnipro, Kamianskyi and Kryvyi Rih . A 66-year-old man was injured in the Synelnyky district and hospitalized.

A high-rise building in Kaniv was damaged by a rocket strike. One person was injured.

In the Poltava region, an energy infrastructure facility in the Kremenchuk district was damaged due to falling debris and direct hits .

This attack is part of a continuing escalation of Russian shelling of Ukrainian cities, targeting energy infrastructure and civilian targets.

It is known that the Russian Federation used 497 UAVs and missiles for the strike . Air defense forces neutralized 420 targets.
