The captured occupier told about this during interrogation at the SBU. According to him, the army leadership has resumed the practice of “execution squads” – echelons that follow the main forces of the Russian Federation and kill those who want to escape.
“We were given to understand that we would not return back, because trains were coming after us, killing deserters trying to return home,” the Russian admits.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation ordered to destroy the bodies of its military who died in Ukraine. The corresponding document dated February 26, signed by the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Alexei Krivoruchko, was published by the Sever Operational Command.
