1. The mentality of russian leaders, generals, admirals, and church leaders have been warped for a very long time. To understand them, go to your local prison and study the convicts there. Western leaders have a completely different understanding of leadership, based on laws and rules, while the russians understand only getting what’s best for them in any which way they can. These differences will never make it possible to work together in negotiations. With luck, you get an agreement, but even then, what the roach agrees to today, is of no interest tomorrow.
