Two of his nephews were mobilized – one was killed, the other went missing.

Fighters of the 12th special forces brigade of the NGU “Azov” captured a soldier of the Russian Armed Forces in the Toretsk direction. He turned out to be a native of the national minority of Russia – the Eskimo people.

This was reported on the Azov Telegram channel. During a conversation with Ukrainian soldiers, the prisoner “made an excursion into the history of his relatives, and also spoke in detail about the disdainful attitude of Russians towards indigenous peoples.”

Vasily Yatargin, 41, says he initially served as a BMP gunner. But on October 6, he was transferred to the infantry.

“I have nothing against the Ukrainian people. I am simply here, so to speak, to liberate from fascism,” the occupier declared.
