The participants in this motorcade are connected to the “Immortal Regiment” organization.
The Russians are planning a motorcade in Stockholm on May 9. Among the participants in the “victory parade” are a former Nazi leader, outspoken supporters of the Kremlin ruler Putin, as well as a former employee of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

This is reported by the Swedish newspaper Expressen . It is noted that the participants in this motorcade are connected to the organization “Immortal Regiment”, which is known for its propaganda actions before May 9 both in Russia and in other countries.
The publication’s report about the preparation of such an event by the Russians caused outrage from the Swedish Minister for Migration, Johan Forsell.
“This infuriates me. Connections with extremist movements are an example of a circumstance that may fall under the new behavioral requirement for obtaining a residence permit. We are not obligated to show hospitality to people who threaten our public order or security,” he wrote on the social network X.
Parade on May 9
World leaders – among those who agreed to this adventure – are canceling their visits to Moscow for the parade on May 9 en masse. Serbian President Vučić suddenly fell ill. Slovak Prime Minister Fico , known for his loyalty to Russia, also complained of health problems .
It is worth noting that Russia had previously unilaterally declared a ceasefire for May 8-10. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky rejected the proposal . He stressed that he “does not want to play with Putin’s proposed short truces.” The president also added that Ukraine “cannot guarantee the safety of world leaders in Moscow on May 9.”

I’m sure that the Swedes are shaking like Aspen leaves.
The proper response to this threat would be for Sweden to hand over an extra batch of military aid to Ukraine and to announce the reason it’s being done. This is what you would call showing strength.
