RUSSIAN SCHOOL GIRLS ARE TO BE REWARDED FOR BECOMING MOTHERS WHILE IN HIGH SCHOOL | No Stream Today

INSIDE RUSSIA

Howdy, friends. Two news today.

The head of the Federal Council’s Committee on Economic Policy, Andrei Kutepov, has proposed to the head of Russia’s Ministry of Education and Science, Valery Falkov, to reward women who give birth within one year before applying to universities.

School children girls who become mothers in grades 10 and 11 (high school juniors and seniors) would receive preferential treatment when applying to universities.

This is not right. 16 and 17 year old girls can’t even get married by law. And the state is pushing them to have children while at schools by rewarding with easy universities admissions. This is so not right! It is sad to see what Russia is becoming…

The second news is there will be no stream today. No feeling well. Nothing major, just feeling off.

  1. “This is not right. 16 and 17 year old girls can’t even get married by law.”

Are these the “traditional family values” we keep hearing about?
