📣 Debunking Trump’s nonsense:
▪️”We could have made a deal with Putin three years ago before the war started.”
▫️Russia started this war ten years ago, not three. They came for more only because #Ukraine agreed to settle or put things on pause, partially forced by the west. It was a horrible mistake.
▪️”The country is absolutely obliterated.”
I was in Ukraine last month. Ukraine is beautiful, 80% remains free and is definitely not ‘obliterated’
Towns near the front line are being obliterated, due to western restrictions, cowardice and Trump’s party blocking US aid for half a year straight.
▪️”Most of the country is gone and can’t be rebuilt. It’s impossible to do.”
▫️Every country has been damaged by war, and every country has been rebuilt afterward. Ukraine is already rebuilding even during the war, and many people are ready to help when it’s over. Sadly, even Moscow was rebuilt.
▪️”Russia only NOW starts to hit Kyiv.”
▫️Russian tank approached Kyiv on the second day of the full scale invasion. Artillery and missiles destroyed homes in multiple districts. It’s not that Russia didn’t want to destroy Kyiv. They threatened it constantly. They even tried to hit the dam and flood the city. They just couldn’t.
▪️”Millions and millions of Ukrainians are 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐝.”
▫️Only in Putin’s wildest dreams. Might have happened if Ukraine had surrendered and made a deal, though.

▫️Those who left Ukraine, don’t help, and don’t plan to return weren’t making a difference anyway.

▫️Ukraine has #leader who isn’t afraid to ask for help when he visits, because millions of lives depend on it. This is a good thing.

Zelensky leaves with nothing, except the promise of weapons to the value stated in the aid. If the US want to elect a pathological liar as POTUS, the population are dumber than I thought.
