🟪 RUSSIA — PLANS IN HAND, NOT JUST WARNINGS

🇺🇦 Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Ukraine now has specific documents from the Russian General Staff outlining preparations for new offensive actions and an expanded mobilization.

That’s the part that stands out.

This isn’t an assumption.
It’s not a projection.

They have the plans.

According to Zelenskyy, the documents show Russia is preparing to:

— Launch new offensive operations
— Increase the size of its forces through further mobilization

And the fact that this is coming from captured or intercepted internal planning matters.

It means Ukraine isn’t reacting blindly.

It’s seeing intent before execution.

That shifts the dynamic:

— Preparation instead of reaction
— Anticipation instead of surprise

Because knowing what’s coming doesn’t stop it—

But it changes how you meet it.

And right now, the message is clear:

Russia is not slowing down.

It’s preparing for more.

And Ukraine already knows it.

🟥 KHERSON — DRONE STRIKE HITS CIVILIAN AREA

🇺🇦 Reports of a drone attack on a public bus in the Dniprovskyi district have been confirmed.

At least one civilian has been injured.

A 79-year-old man, who was standing near the bus stop, sustained blast injuries and a closed head injury.

This wasn’t a frontline position.

It was a bus stop.

A place where people wait, move, live their daily lives.

…………………….

🟥 WATER UNDER THREAT — A QUIET FRONT WITH MAJOR CONSEQUENCES

Reports warn that Russian planning may include targeting water infrastructure across Ukraine—putting cities at risk of shortages, including Kyiv.

This isn’t about a single site.

It’s a system.

Across a ~2,000 km frontline and border zone, key water intake facilities—those that entire cities rely on—could be vulnerable.

What’s at stake:

— Water intake stations serving major population centers
— Frontline, southern, and eastern regions most exposed
— The capital included in the risk picture

The problem is how fragile the system is under attack.

Damage to even one major facility can trigger a local crisis—pressure drops, supply interruptions, emergency measures.

And recovery isn’t fast.

— Building alternative intake facilities can take 9–12 months
— Temporary fixes only go so far under sustained pressure

If strikes occur, expect:

— Water supply schedules and rationing
— Emergency distribution measures
— Extended disruptions in affected cities

This is a different kind of pressure.

Less visible than strikes on buildings—but just as disruptive.

Because when water systems are hit, the effects don’t just damage infrastructure.

They reach into daily life—immediately.

🇺🇦⚡ Ukraine is moving to the second level of energy system protection ahead of winter, — Denys Shmyhal (Prime Minister of Ukraine)

Preparation for the upcoming heating season remains a key challenge for Ukraine’s energy sector. Speaking at an international forum, Shmyhal emphasized the need to strengthen protection of critical infrastructure.

💬 “Today we are focused on the second level. We are talking about protecting substations, which the enemy has begun targeting intensively, especially in frontline regions.” 💬
He stressed that the threat is not limited to frontline areas — risks remain relevant across the entire country. Shmyhal also noted that

Ukraine’s experience in countering energy attacks could be valuable for European partners.

  1. U.S. intel obviously knows of these plans and Krasnov, instead of vowing to thwart them like the leader of a great power should, uses them to again try to force a Ukrainian capitulation.
As usual, not one word of condemnation of his genocidal nazi friend passes through his corrupt mouth.
