“There was indeed an appeal to the authorities, because it was a provocation. Last night there were a lot of calls, including to me, from bogus phones, the phones of our deputies. He added that regional offices had already been advised not to respond to “provocative calls.”

“Accordingly, we sent all documents and requests to law enforcement agencies,” Karginov said.
