As the Russian leader said, it is very easy to bypass the ICC decision – it is enough to sign a bilateral agreement.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) does not have universal significance, since it is not recognized by Russia, the United States, or China. This was stated by the Russian leader Vladimir Putin , according to Russian media .

In particular, according to the dictator, it is very easy to bypass the ICC decision – it is enough to sign a bilateral agreement between Russia and Brazil, and then “there will be no questions with the ICC warrant.”

At the same time, Putin announced that he would not attend the G20 summit in Brazil this year, “so as not to disrupt the summit.” In addition, he allegedly considers the G20 “a useful forum, if it is not politicized.”

As Putin said, the Russian authorities will determine who will represent the interests of the aggressor country at a high level at the G20 summit.
