Tonight, the Russian-occupation troops shelled Lugansk with heavy weapons.
This is reported at the headquarters of the JFO .
“At about 21:00, the Russian occupation troops committed another provocation in order to accuse the Ukrainian military. The aggressor opened fire from heavy weapons from the area of the settlement of Lobachevo in the direction of Luhansk,” the report says.
The headquarters notes that the militants undermine infrastructure facilities in the occupied territories and carry out chaotic shelling of settlements in the absence of aggressive actions from the Ukrainian army.
“It is obvious that the enemy continues to use his propaganda methods of conducting an information war in order to accuse the Armed Forces of Ukraine and escalate the situation,” the headquarters said.

The JFO emphasized that their units strictly comply with the Minsk agreements and the norms of international humanitarian law.
“Consequently, statements about alleged shelling of settlements by the Armed Forces of Ukraine are an outright lie and a provocation, the responsibility for which lies with the occupying country,” the report says.

It’s a transparent attempt at a false flag. The claim of mass graves are the same sort of thing. Russia is the only one with the illegal heavy weapons in the area. There may be mass graves, but they would be in Russian occupied territory, not Ukrainian controlled territory.
Putin’s lack of compliance with Minks, has made it a dead letter. That’s without the serious consideration that those agreements are simply a suicide note.
