It is reported that at the plant “the power supply was disrupted, damage was caused to facilities supplying special energy, and technological production chains were interrupted.”
The Russian plant “Kremniy El” in the Bryansk region, where military electronics are produced, has stopped work after a drone attack.
This is stated in a statement on the website of the group to which the enterprise belongs. It is noted that the production and administrative buildings of the plant were attacked. As a result, “the power supply was disrupted, damage was caused to special energy supply facilities, and technological production chains were interrupted.”
The CEO of the Silicon El Group, Oleg Dantsev, stated that “the main task today is the fastest possible restoration of production of electronic equipment in order to unconditionally fulfill plans.”
“However, not everything depends on us – there are difficulties with purchasing spare parts for the restoration of technological equipment and energy infrastructure,” he added.
It should be noted that this enterprise’s products are widely used in the Russian military industry. In particular, “Kremniy El” produces parts for the “Pantsir” systems and the “Iskander” missile systems.
