Occupier Yegor Guzenko, better known under the call sign “ Thirteenth ,” reported about a “torture cellar” on the territory of the so-called “DPR . ” According to him, not only “disobedient” occupiers end up there, but also untreated ones.

According to “Thirteenth,” the video shows a basement where under-treated mobilized and contract soldiers who have “been guilty of something” are kept. The author of the shooting shows comrades with amputated limbs and wounds, as well as the conditions of their accommodation.

The occupants live in a dirty basement and sleep on wooden pallets, which are fenced off with bars. The author of the video says that the conditions of detention of the invaders are worse than in captivity.

“They took everything, there is nothing. We are sitting in these pigsties, viper sheds. Nothing else is known. They said we can stay here for up to three months… People here are without hands. Broken, abandoned,” the occupier says in a voice-over.

The militant Guzenko said that he has many such videos and compared the basement to a concentration camp.
