Germany has transferred another IRIS-T system to Ukraine, – Scholz

The Chancellor did not specify which IRIS-T complex he was referring to – SLS or SLM.

On Friday, December 20, Germany sent another IRIS-T air defense system to Ukraine , German Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced at a national briefing following the European Council meeting in Brussels.

“There is another IRIS-T system being delivered now, I think today, as well as the Gepard SPAAGs, which we continue to deliver along with all the ammunition that we have resumed production of,” he noted.

At the same time, the Chancellor did not specify which IRIS-T complex he was talking about – SLS or SLM.
