Not necessary. Biden already did that. We are sitting on tons of obsolete military hardware and your Bidenov administration did not deliver a single plane or chopper to this day!
I doubt that he has changed the core of his thinking and merely wanted to give Trump an alternative plan, for whatever reason. Also doubtful is that he believes that such a plan – land for peace – will stand a real chance to succeed. I think that Kellogg, as a former Cold War general, knows quite well how ruskies are basically a piece of shit people. Much depends on how the muscovy rat acts once Trump is in office. Those are my humble opinions.
