On the night of October 8, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of important
military facilities of the Russian occupiers in several directions. Among them are facilities related to the use of strike drones, control points, and an element of the Russian Mesh network.
In the Ocheretyne area, Ukrainian defenders also struck a warehouse of Russian troops’ material and technical equipment.

Another facility was hit in the Verkhnoosykovo area of Donetsk region – there, Ukrainian military personnel struck a field artillery formation of the Russian army.
Such systematic destruction of storage, training, and launch sites for attack UAVs is aimed at reducing the ability of Russian troops to strike at Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure.
Previously, OBOZ.UA reported that on October 4 and the night of October 5, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of important military facilities of the Russian occupiers. In particular, the storage, preparation, and launch sites of attack UAVs, a control point, and a drone warehouse were hit.
