According to Trump, Ukraine is creating a diesel shortage.
US President Donald Trump stated that Ukraine must stop attacks on Russian fuel infrastructure. He made this statement during his visit to the Irish Open golf championship.
Trump noted that Ukrainian attacks on Russian fuel infrastructure have led to a diesel shortage in Russia. He appealed to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
“Zelenskyy needs to do one thing: stop destroying diesel fuel in Russia. He’s creating a diesel shortage. This isn’t about the Middle East—it’s because of the war between Russia and Ukraine,” the US president said.

The global fuel shortages are caused by Iran closing the strait of Hormuz, which is a direct result of trumpkov’s idiotic attack on Iran.
trumpkov is pointing the finger at Ukraine in an attempt to shift the blame. But sanctions on ruSSia mean that halting their exports shouldn’t make a difference in US fuel prices.

I saw a price of $7.99 a gallon yesterday, and see reports of some California stations maxing out pump displays at $9.999 per gallon.

Obviously nobody told TACO that russian diesel is not affecting the price of diesel anywhere, except russia. There is an export ban on gas and diesel until 2027.
