The number of dead and injured exceeds two dozen, and there may still be people under the rubble.
This morning, Russians launched a suicide attack on a multi-story building in Kharkov, there are dead and a large number of wounded, including children.
Updated 8.55. City Mayor Igor Terekhov reported that the death toll has risen to five.
In turn, the chairman of the OVA Oleg Sinegubov reported that the fourth victim of the morning enemy attack on Kharkov was a 16-year-old boy, his body was found under the rubble. He also reports that among the dead is a 1.5-year-old girl (earlier it was reported that it was a two-year-old boy).
Updated 7.26. The Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleg Sinegubov reported that the enemy hit a 5-story apartment building with 4 Geran-2 UAVs. Fires broke out in apartments on the first, third and fifth floors, the floors were destroyed, and collapses occurred.
“Three people died, including a 2-year-old boy who was pulled out from under the rubble. 17 people received injuries of varying severity, some of whom were hospitalized,” he said.
In total, six residential buildings and 15 cars were damaged.

Initially, it was known that one person was killed and 15 were injured, including children aged 6 and 10.
Terekhov later reported that a dead one-year-old child had been found. At the same time, the OVA reported that a two-year-old boy had died.
Later, it became known that one more person had died – in total, three people are now known to have died. Also, 17 people were injured, including six children.
Terekhov also said that two people have already been freed from under the rubble; fortunately, they are alive.
