Trump once again stated that Ukraine will not join NATO.

Before meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, US President Donald Trump published a post on his social network TruthSocial , in which he stated that Zelensky could end the war with Russia “almost immediately” and named the conditions.

“Ukrainian President Zelensky can stop the war with Russia almost immediately if he wants, or he can continue to fight. Remember how it all began. It is impossible to return Crimea, which Obama gave away (12 years ago, without a single shot!), UKRAINE WILL NOT JOIN NATO. Some things never change,” he wrote.

Trump also said it was a “big day” at the White House.

“Never before have there been so many European leaders at the same time. It is a great honour to host them,” he wrote.

He also attacked some senators and politicians, accusing them of misjudging his meeting with Vladimir Putin in Alaska and of standing in the way of ending the war in Ukraine.

Commenting on claims that “Putin got everything he wanted” following the meeting, Trump said that in reality “nobody got anything.”

“It’s too early, but it’s close,” he said, adding that it was “very difficult” for Putin to come to Alaska.

“This war can be ended, NOW, but stupid people like Chris Murphy, John Bolton, and others are making it much harder,” the US president wrote.
