The Tyumen Oil Refinery in Russia has completely stopped refining oil and producing petroleum products after a drone attack on July 25. According to Russian sources, the strike damaged key production facilities at the plant.

According to the publication, the attack caused a fire at a diesel hydrotreating plant with a capacity of 2.6 million tons per year, as well as a combined high-octane gasoline production plant. The damage to these facilities is said to have led to a complete shutdown of oil refining.
