• The bill предусматривает:
• * 100% secondary tariffs on countries that continue to purchase Russian oil and gas;
• * stronger measures against Russia’s shadow fleet, which is used to circumvent sanctions.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived at a closed-door meeting with U.S. senators.
