U.S. President Donald Trump has agreed to grant Ukraine licenses to produce missiles for Patriot air defense systems.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told Fox News: “He agreed to give us the licenses, and then I met with representatives of the manufacturers, very strong U.S. military companies. I hope we can reach joint production.”

But tooling up for a complex production line like this will take a long time, even at Ukrainian speeds.
