The Ukrainian government and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy have agreed that he will sign the law on the state budget on Thursday 28 November.

Quote: “Today I held a meeting with Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, Minister of Finance of Ukraine [Serhii] Marchenko, and representatives of the Verkhovna Rada (the Ukrainian parliament – ed.). We discussed the key parameters of the next year’s state budget, our financial readiness for this December and for the coming year. And we agreed that tomorrow I will sign the law on next year’s state budget – as soon as the law is delivered from the Verkhovna Rada.”
Details: The President stressed that the most important part of the budget is that “Ukraine’s all financial needs for the near future and for the coming year are guaranteed.”

Ukraine’s budget security is very important. Its economy is also doing great. Without both aspects, there is not much room for upholding a defense.
Zelensky failed since day one. Ukraine needs a real strong leader like Yulia or Poro to save her ass.
Zelensky could have left the country like the US wanted him to. He’s a lot stronger than the US officials that disappeared under a cloud of dust as fast as they could.
What makes you say that Mike?
I’m just not sure Zel has failed.
I don’t think with any situation no matter what, anyone can say someone would have done better, they might have done differently, but there is no way it can be determined it would end better, there are too many variables.
His ‘Crimean Platform’ caused this mess. He played Poker, he went All In with an average hand and lost terribly.
Mike, the Crimean Platform followed the wish of the majority of Ukrainian people. So, I’m not sure what it is that was so wrong about it.
