The president of Ukraine stated the need for direct cooperation with the newly elected US President Donald Trump. Zelensky also announced upcoming meetings with appointed special envoy Keith Kellogg.
Ukraine should work directly with the newly elected US President Donald Trump, since there are different voices among his inner circle.
This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview with Sky News, reports UNN.
“We must cooperate with the United States and with the new US President. This is our greatest ally. Of course, we don’t want to lose the help of Democrats or Republicans. There are many voices on our side. We will cooperate with Trump. We need to do everything possible to ensure that no one around him can destroy our communication. We must try to find new models. I want to share my ideas with him, and I want to hear his ideas from him.” Zelensky said.
“When it comes to Putin, you can’t ignore the details. We had a great meeting and it was a very important first step. We need to prepare and hold meetings until we have a real plan where Ukraine will be strong.”
“He knows the members of my team. I think that in the near future our representatives will go to the United States and we will meet with the special representative.” the president added.
Keith Kellogg, whom US President-elect Donald Trump will appoint as a special envoy for Ukraine and the Russian Federation, already has a plan to resolve the Russian-Ukrainian War. According to CNN, the United States may offer to First ease and then lift sanctions against Russia for the sake of a peace agreement with Ukraine.

Zelensky had to dance with Biden, and he will have to do the same with Trump.
After the war, Ukraine will have to build a powerful military force, making sure to never be a victim of mafia land again, even if it means building nukes. This war has shown more than enough that you simply cannot count on the West to be strong, righteous, efficient, and courageous. Doing so is too risky and causes too many casualties and too much destruction.
