No one decides the fate of Ukraine behind its back.

This was said by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky , speaking at the opening of the session in the Verkhovna Rada.

He stressed that Ukraine is ready to “turn a shoulder, not a bandwagon – and this is very important, for this we are grateful to our partners.”

He noted: “Rumors, gossip, forecasts of experts, major bloggers and Vanga did not come true.” He stressed that “no one decides our fate behind our backs, everyone comes to us.”

Zelensky stressed that “we are creating a new format of political cooperation in Europe between Ukraine, Britain and Poland, we are providing financial stability guarantees for our state.”

The President noted that preparations are underway for a powerful financial signal – the signing of a free trade agreement with Turkey during these two days. He is convinced that an agreement will be reached.

As UNIAN reported earlier, it became known that the UK, Poland and Ukraine are planning to announce the creation of a new format of cooperation between states . This will be announced during a visit to Kiev by Prime Ministers of Great Britain and Poland Boris Johnson and Mateusz Morawiecki.
