President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky explained the priority goals of Ukraine in the context of the war against Russia.

He stated this in an interview with Russian journalists .

“To minimize the number of victims, to shorten the duration of this war. Withdraw Russian troops to compromise territories – and that’s all that was before February 24, before the attack,” Zelensky said.

“I understand that it is impossible to force Russia to completely liberate the territory, this will lead to a third world war. I understand everything perfectly and am aware of it. That’s why I say: this is a compromise. Go back to where it all started, and there we will try to solve the difficult Donbas issue,” he added.

  1. This will not satisfy the monster. Destroying his army will. And, no, it won’t start WWIII, for Christs’s sake!

    • Not true. According to the ruSSian constitution the Crimea is part of the RuSSian Federation. An attack by Ukraine would be a declaration of war and the ‘military operation’ will turn into a ‘real’ war. That means carpet-bombing, fire bombs, missiles on Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv etc. Maybe even nukes. As i always said, maybe Donbas will fall, but the Crimea may be gone forever, even if Putin dies. There was only one ruSSian politician willing to return it – Nemtsov. And as we know he is dead, because of it.

      • No, Crimea is not gone forever. It belongs to Ukraine and if the Ukrainians have the capability to retake it, it will.

    • Perhaps we should remind the monster of where the Donbas borders were just 77 years ago, then they might realize Zelensky is offering a very generous concession.
If the US/NATO/EU/PACE/UN or The Hague had any balls they would call for returning ALL of Putin’s illegal occupations. Then, at least, stopping occupations in Ukraine would surely seem like a compromise.
