Marjorie Taylor Greene was a long time proponent and promoter of QAnon. Before taking her seat in Congress, she advocated for QAnon on social media, praising the brilliance of the anonymous individuals (Russia?) behind the conspiracy, and propagating their ideas.

Though now discredited even within its own movement as a result of numerous failed prophecies, QAnon advocated that Putin and Trump were world saviors against global elites; that the reason for Russian invading Ukraine was to save the world from bio-labs; alternatively, that the invasion was pure theater and never happened; that the leadership of Ukraine includes Satanists, homosexuals and pedophiles; and that an underground army of humanoid soldiers was being created in Ukraine for the Globalists. Some QAnon advocates believe in the lizard man theory.

Since taking office, Green claims to have broken with QAnon, but she still is the leading proponent in Washington of QAnon-esque concepts. Her attack on Ukraine this week, including (1) false claims of religious persecution against Christians by Kyiv, (2) false claims that the war is being run by the CIA, and (3) false claims of Ukraine being a Nazi state, are a reflection of the fact that the cult-like influence of QAnon is central in her persona. Central to her QAnon origins, Green claimed that the Marxist-Leninist trained, KGB operative and permanent dictator of Russia, was one of the world’s great defenders of Christianity.

It also places Marjorie Taylor Green on the short list, challenging some meaningful contenders on both the Right and the Left, as one of the more diabolical liars in American politics. The outrageous lies of this Neo-QAnon, Putin cheerleader, contributes to the murder of tens of thousands and the loss of freedom for the world.

When will Democrats and Republicans of reason ally to fire Speaker Johnson and replace him with a gutsy and conservative Republican of the calibre of Representatives Gallagher (R-WI, 3 days left), Turner (R-OH), McCaul (R-TX), Buck (R-CO, gone but not forgotten)?

RATIONALE: look, we are divided and will fight tooth and nail on most things, but that money needs to go to Ukraine NOW.

Tucker Carlson, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Candace Owens and others are doing more than repeating patently false Kremlin talking points, they have now established their own private test of Christian orthodoxy: Agree with Russian propaganda or be declared anathema! It is remarkably similar to the reasoning presented by the Moscow Patriarchate last week officially declaring the Russian invasion as a Holy War to defend Russian control of their version of orthodoxy.

Also relevant are the striking similarities in tone and reasoning to QAnon theories concerning the role of Putin as a global savior, and Ukrainian leadership as “Satanic.”

By redefining Christian doctrine as synonymous with Kremlin propaganda, Tucker and Marjorie have invoked their own holy war against the historic Christian Faith. Importantly, they appear wholly ignorant and perhaps contemptuous of historic Christian theology which (1) supports the doctrine of Just War Theory, in opposition to Russian Gangster theology, and (2) makes false worship of the state, murder of innocents, raping your neighbors wives, bringing a false witness, stealing your neighbors lands and coveting your neighbors goods — all specific violations of the Ten Commandments.
