The Ukrainian military does not interfere in the process and emphasizes that these are the affairs of the Russians themselves.
In the city of Suja, Kursk Region, under the control of the Armed Forces, local residents are actively looting abandoned stores and pharmacies. Corresponding personnel are published by Telegram channels.

As you can see in the video, the looting is done by elderly women who were left to fend for themselves by the Russian authorities. In order to feed themselves, they take food products from stores and take them home simply in shopping carts.
“Eat and drink – we robbed the shops. Well, what to do? They took drinking water and canned goods,” says a woman who was stopped in the middle of the city with bags by a Ukrainian military officer.
It is also clear that the Ukrainian military does not interfere with this process.
“Well, that’s right. It’s all yours. It’s not ours,” the soldier says to the woman who confessed to looting.

Ruskies by their very nature not only lie like hell, but steal professional thieves. It’s in their genes.
But, instead of making Ukrainians look bad by looting in mafia land, which would be righteous, this is much better; letting ruskies loot from ruskies and show the world what they are.
Russkies even stealing vegetable crates. Are they going to eat those too?
Considering the value of the ruble, they might need those crates to carry their money instead of wallets.
