Power lines collapsed, roads were flooded and destroyed, basements filled with water, and local authorities โ as always โ were nowhere to be found.
The interviewer asks a simple question: “Has your life changed in recent years?” The answers paint a bleak picture. Amid the ongoing war, Russians are left to face poverty, decay, and complete government neglect.
