The American leader announced a “big wave” of new attacks.
The United States is “crushing Iran to pieces,” but a “big wave” of attacks is still ahead, US President Donald Trump said in a telephone interview with CNN .
“We’re crushing them to pieces. I think it’s going very well. It’s very powerful. We have the best military in the world, and we’re using it,” he said.
Trump said the United States wants to help the people of Iran regain control of their country. But right now, it’s safest for them to stay home because “it’s dangerous outside.”
“We haven’t even started hitting them hard yet. The big wave hasn’t even come yet. The big wave (of attacks, – ed.) will come soon,” the US president emphasized.
When asked how long the war against Iran could last, Trump responded as follows:
“I don’t want it to last too long. I always thought it would last four weeks. And we’re a little ahead of schedule.”
