We are working to surprise the enemy with new, no less painful surprises: The SBU spoke about the implementation of the special operation “Web”. VIDEO

The Security Service of Ukraine has released a new video about the special operation “Web”, as a result of which it was possible to hit 41 military aircraft at once at 4 Russian airfields.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the SBU press center .

According to the SBU, the footage shows the chronology of events: how exactly one of the largest attacks deep behind enemy lines was prepared and implemented.

“The SBU is hitting and will hit the enemy even where he considers himself unreachable! We are working to surprise him with new surprises. No less painful than Operation “Web”, – said the head of the SBU, Lieutenant General Vasyl Malyuk .

As noted, this special operation was a response to massive rocket attacks on Ukrainian cities, hospitals, and energy infrastructure.

“This plan was directly led by the head of the SBU Malyuk on behalf of the President of Ukraine, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Volodymyr Zelensky, and the preparation of the special operation took place in conditions of maximum secrecy.

“So, first the SBU transported FPV drones to Russia, and later modular wooden houses. Already on the territory of the Russian Federation, the drones were hidden under the roofs of houses, placed on trucks. At the right moment, the roofs of the houses were remotely opened, and the drones flew to hit the designated targets – Russian bombers,” the report says.

“In accordance with the laws and customs of war, we have worked out absolutely legitimate targets – military airfields and aircraft that bomb our peaceful cities. So, on our part, real demilitarization of the Russian Federation is taking place,” Malyuk emphasized.

The SBU recalls that on June 1, the Service conducted a unique special operation to simultaneously destroy four military airfields in the rear of the Russian Federation: “Olenya”, “Ivanovo”, “Dyagilevo” and “Belaya”. The strategic aviation of the aggressor state, which regularly shelled peaceful Ukrainian cities, was based there.

The estimated value of the equipment damaged as a result of the special operation of the Security Service “Pavutina” exceeds 7 billion US dollars.

Total losses of enemy aircraft amount to 41 units, including A-50, Tu-95, Tu-22, Tu-160, as well as An-12 and Il-78 aircraft.

SBU special operation “Website”

On June 1, the Security Service of Ukraine carried out special operation “Web” , launching a massive drone strike on Russian strategic aviation airfields.

The airfields “Olenya”, “Belaya”, “Diaghilev” and “Ivanovo” were under attack. 41 Russian aircraft were hit, including A-50, Tu-95 and Tu-22M3.

Subsequently, the SBU clarified that the estimated cost of the enemy’s strategic aviation , which was hit as a result of the SBU special operation “Website”, is 7 billion US dollars.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy heard a report by the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasyl Malyuk, on Operation “Cobweb”.

On June 3, the General Staff clarified that as a result of a special operation by the Security Service of Ukraine conducted on June 1, 2025, 41 Russian military aircraft were hit .

A number of media outlets also reported that Ukraine did not inform the administration of US President Donald Trump in advance about the SBU’s special operation “Web” on Russian airfields with strategic bombers.
