The coordinator of the National Security Council of the United States of America, John Kirby, called the situation on the battlefield in Ukraine “very terrible.”
“Ukrainian soldiers at the front, I mean, they’re making very difficult decisions about where they’re going to shoot and what they’re going to shoot with. And they’re running out of ammunition… So the situation is very dire,” he told reporters at a briefing , writes The Hill .
According to him, you cannot put a “time stamp” and say that Ukraine may lose the war on a certain day, but its army started losing territory due to the Russian invasion.
“We need it (aid to Ukraine – UNIAN) now. I won’t even suggest that it might be too late. We are already late in a sense. They lost the city of Avdiyivka because of – literally because of ammunition. So in a sense it already has a dramatic impact on the battlefield,” Kirby added.

Congress’s immature and criminal indecision seems like it will never end. To the point of becoming a death sentence for Ukraine. We have to be realistic and see/listen to what comes from the front. Ukraine is very close to the precipice.
It will soon be impossible to stop a terrible nightmare from starting. If nothing is done, I would advise Trump’s publicists to put away their anti-migrant slogan and rack their brains to explain the debacle that they will have authorized and validated: massive executions of civilians, obliteration of a nation, European migration crisis unprecedented, termination of transatlantic treaties (TAFTA), freeze of NATO and EU literally handed over to the Nazis in the Kremlin. In November there will be nothing left to settle in 24 hours…

Congress, every minute, every second counts. I remain convinced that the ideal which founded the principles guiding the USA is still the one which inhabits most of the elected representatives of the Capitol. And this ideal is not that of the most vile tyranny which rapes and kills women and children. Or yes? There is no longer any bulwark that can be opposed to the Nazis in the Kremlin other than massive military aid from the USA.
We implore you, Congress, pass this aid for Ukraine. It’s a choice for life!
Finally some honest words from the US government! But this won’t change anything if not followed up by consequences. Johnson had his vain moment in the spotlights of the White House, now he has to deliver the bill. If not, the President needs to use his executive powers to their full extend to get deliveries on their way. Selfishly partisan Republican obstruction has already cost too many lifes in Ukraine, this can’t be tolerated any longer. Enough already with useless talk, Biden needs to act now! 🤨
