Even the meager assistance of 10,000 rubles is not given to everyone.

The Russian authorities are massively refusing financial aid to refugees from the border areas of the Kursk region . This is reported by the Russian public of the Cheka-OGPU .

Earlier, the Russian authorities promised to distribute one-time aid in the amount of 10,000 rubles (about 4,600 hryvnias) to the refugees. However, as it turned out, only those who got into the temporary accommodation centers organized by the authorities can receive money. Those who rented housing on their own or stayed with relatives are automatically rejected when they try to issue a payment through the “Gosuslugy” portal (similar to the Ukrainian “Diya” portal).

“I have permanent registration in the territory of the district, which is currently subject to mandatory evacuation. I reached Moscow by train, where I am waiting for the situation to stabilize. I cannot return home, because the settlement is closed for entry, plus there are active hostilities in the vicinity. I filed application at the State Service, but the payment was refused. Without discussing the amount of the payment, I want to say that the problem is massive. Many of the same refugees receive payment refusals,” one of the refugees told the public.

As noted by the Cheka-OGPU, similar stories about the refusal of payments are told en masse on forums by residents of the city of Suja.
