The CEO of the Russian VTB Bank Andrey Kostin warned his colleagues that more and more big Russian businesses stop investing in their own development and try to relocate all the funds outside Russia. They fear the Kremlin can try to nationalize them, and that is not irrational, as the Prosecutor General has already taken 7.6 trillion from Russian businesses.
