The Ukrainian Air Force demonstrated the successful downing of an enemy Su-35 aircraft over Russia. This happened in the Kursk direction.
A video posted on the Air Force’s Telegram channel shows a downed Russian plane burning on the ground.

So, it is confirmed. Let’s all hope that the pilot got killed or at least badly maimed.
I’m guessing it must have been taken down with a manpad. I’m not sure Ukraine would risk a Patriot System so close to mafia land. Then again, F16s have reportedly been operating in the Kursk region.
