According to the expert, without mobilization, the Russian army will become inoperable by spring.

Russia is afraid of carrying out a mass mobilization, because it could lead to chaos and loss of power. At the same time, without such an unpopular step, their army could become incapable of fighting. This was stated on Radio NV by Yevhen Dyky, a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, former company commander of the Aidar battalion, and director of the National Antarctic Research Center.
He noted that the Russians’ losses are so great that the combat capability of the troops is decreasing every week. He says that although they have a lot of “meat”, it is difficult for them to replace officers and lower-level command personnel.
“If they don’t go for mass mobilization, then by spring this army will simply be incapable of fighting. They understand this perfectly well, which is why they have deployed all their agents in the US to force us to surrender. And they chose the date – December in Miami,” Dyky said.
According to him, a major operation “Save Friend Vladimir” is currently underway, because it may be too late to save him by spring.
Dyky said that they have already brought plans for recruitment during mobilization to St. Petersburg and Moscow, but for now they are refraining from taking decisive steps.
“They want to finish us off with missile and drone strikes so that we start demanding surrender. They are trying to make us surrender faster than their army collapses,” the expert emphasized, adding that our American allies have openly sided with Russia, as can be seen, in particular, from the situation with Starlink.
Dyky emphasized that the Russians are delaying mobilization because they are afraid of the reaction of the population, that this could trigger chaos in the heart of Russia and loss of control over the situation, and as a result, loss of power, “and here it is also about their lives”:
“There is hope that they will delay mobilization so long that it will be too late.”
The expert emphasized that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is not ready to freeze the war along the contact line today, while the statement by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that we are ready for such a step is correct.
“This is the right diplomatic game,” Dykyi said.
