The possibility of introducing new tough American sanctions against Russia still remains, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said.
“Look, President Trump is keeping all options open – both sanctions and tariffs – to stop this horrible war in Russia. President Trump is the president of peace. He wants this horrible conflict to end. And tariffs against China may be on the table at some point,” Bessent said.
