US and Ukraine sign natural resources agreement – Bloomberg

The agreement will provide Washington with privileged access to new investment projects for the development of Ukrainian natural resources.

The United States and Ukraine have signed an agreement on access to Ukrainian natural resources, Bloomberg reports, citing sources.

It is noted that with this step, Kyiv tried to strengthen support for US President Donald Trump in negotiations on a ceasefire with Russia. The agreement will provide Washington with privileged access to new investment projects for the development of Ukrainian natural resources. These include aluminum, graphite, oil and natural gas.
