UAV operators of the Ukrainian Defense Forces were able to hit almost all the largest oil refineries on the territory of the aggressor state of russia. Among the 10 largest, only two were not subject to drone attacks.
By the end of May 2026, there was not a single large refinery in the European part of the Russian Federation that had not been attacked by Ukrainian Armed Forces drones at least once. As a result of this consistent operation, enterprises were forced to reduce or stop production, Meduza admitted.
It published two lists. The first is eight refineries that have already “acquainted” with Ukrainian drones; the second is two more facilities that are the largest in the Russian Federation.
Which Russian refineries from the top 10 in oil processing have already been attacked by Ukraine:
- Gazprom Neftokhim Salavat, Bashkortostan (in September 2025);
- “Kirishinefteorgsintez” (“Kinef”), Leningrad Region;
- “Lukoil-Volgogradnaftoperobka”, Volgograd;
- “Lukoil-Nizhegorodnaftoorgsintez”, Nizhny Novgorod Region;
- “Lukoil-Permnaftoorgsintez”, Perm;
- Moscow Refinery, Moscow;
- Ryazan Refinery, Ryazan;
- “Yaroslavnaftoorgsintez” (“Slavnafta-YANOS”), Yaroslavl.
Which Russian refineries from the top 10 have not yet been attacked by Ukraine?
- Omsk Oil Refinery, Omsk;
- Angarsk Petrochemical Company, Irkutsk Region.
We would like to add that, in addition to the above-mentioned enterprises, the following facilities were hit: Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim in Ufa, Novokuibyshevsk Refinery in the Samara Region, TANEKO (“Tatneft”) and TAIF-NK in Nizhny Kamsk, as well as the Tuapse Refinery in Tuapse.
Ukraine attacked individual factories several times during 2026.
As OBOZ.UA wrote:
– On June 28, Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin publicly admitted for the first time that after Ukrainian strikes on oil refineries and oil depots in the Russian Federation, problems arose with automotive fuel.
– The Institute for the Study of War believes that the shelling of the refinery is exacerbating the problems that the aggressor state’s economy is already suffering from. Gasoline prices in Russia are rising, and the fuel shortage has spread to almost all subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

And the results are striking, with news going around the world about the planet’s largest gas station running out of gas.
Ukraine must knock out the rest so that the shithole is back in the 19th century, where its mentality still is.
