On October 20, near the city of Michurinsk in Russia, the Nikolskoye linear production and control station caught fire. The Russian industrial facility was engulfed in flames after a prolonged drone strike.

What is known about the attack on the station?
In Russia’s Tambov region, a fire has been reported at the Nikolskoye linear production and control station, located near the city of Michurinsk. The facility was under attack by drones for several hours.
Footage published online shows massive flames engulfing the plant’s premises.

The Nikolskoye Line Transmission Station (LPDS) is a Russian fuel infrastructure facility in the Michurinsky District of the Tambov Region. The station is connected to the Druzhba main transmission system and is involved in the reception, storage, and distribution of petroleum products.
Damage to pumping equipment, tanks, or pipelines can impede fuel transportation and distribution. The actual impact depends on the nature of the damage.
As a reminder, on October 18, the Ukrainian Defense Forces used FP-1 drones to attack infrastructure facilities in St. Petersburg and the surrounding region, including the St. Petersburg Oil Terminal.
A tank farm at the oil terminal in the Big Port caught fire after drone strikes. The 37-hectare complex contains over 30 tanks with a total capacity of 441,000 cubic meters and is one of the key hubs for oil product transshipment in the Baltic Sea.
The ICVA data center, which powers the Russian social media platform VKontakte, was also hit, causing disruptions to online services and cloud systems. Damage to the 330 kV Vostochnaya substation was also reported, leaving part of the city and surrounding areas without power.
St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov announced that rescuers had extinguished fires in several districts of the city and at an oil complex, and warned of possible disruptions to mobile internet. Due to the attack, Pulkovo Airport temporarily closed operations and evacuated people to shelters, though local authorities confirmed no casualties.

I said long ago that the putinaZis sowed the wind and are yet to reap the whirlwind.
The defenders are developing the capabilities to do this. Obviously as Budanov said, all putinaZi refining capabilities have to be destroyed.
But there must be more : if ballistic missiles are coming online in numbers, here is what should be done :
The Ukrainians should publish a letter to the world. It should list all the civilian targets that have been hit and declare that if just one more Ukrainian child is murdered, the putinaZis will be hit on a like for like basis until every child murder is avenged.
They should also republish the “shit list”, ie politicians, media figures, business people, influencers etc in the west who are working for putinaZi interests.
At the top of that list should be Krasnov, Krasnov Jr and VanZkov.
