On the night of Tuesday, December 23, the Stavropol Territory of the Russian Federation was attacked by drones. It was loud in Budyonnovsk, where the Stavrolen chemical plant was hit.
Drone strikes occurred at various locations on the company’s territory, followed by large-scale fires. The Russians shared the footage online.
Local residents reported at least 5-6 strikes on the chemical plant.
“Stavrolen” has a full cycle of hydrocarbon processing and produces polymers for the production of composite materials, body parts, seals and insulation for various types of Russian army equipment. In particular, it also produces parts for UAVs.
Meanwhile, residential buildings were damaged due to the work of Russian air defense.
As OBOZ.UA reported, explosions erupted in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation on the night of December 22. It was previously reported that a pipeline, two berths, and two ships were damaged in the area of the Taman port and the village of Volna on the coast of the Taman Peninsula.
Later, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed that units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine carried out an operation on the territory of the aggressor country with the aim of reducing its military-economic potential. As a result, they managed to hit the Tamanneftegaz oil terminal in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation.
