Thanks to this step by Kyiv, Putin can no longer “slam the door” on Trump regarding the ceasefire, explains Yuriy Romanyuk.

The withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the Kursk region of the Russian Federation is due to pressure from the United States, the chairman of the all-Ukrainian public organization “Ukraine in NATO” and member of the Atlantic Council Yuriy Romanyuk is convinced. He said this on air at Kiev24 .

“The organized withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the Kursk region is most likely the subject of an agreement in the Kyiv-Washington-Moscow triangle… And during the negotiations in Jeddah, all of this was already being implemented. They were constantly negotiating between the CIA and the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service during the 8-hour negotiations. They agreed: if Ukraine agrees to a 30-day peace, either you agree or not, otherwise Ukraine may not withdraw its troops,” Romanyuk noted.

He recalled that Putin had made a demand: until Ukraine liberated the Kursk region, he would not even sit down at the negotiating table.

“And that’s why Trump put pressure on Ukraine. Ukraine was forced, in order to unblock the supply of weapons and intelligence, to agree to withdraw its troops from Kursk region as the lesser evil that the US imposed on us under the dictation of the Kremlin. And that’s why Putin can’t slam the door now after Ukraine actually withdraws from Kursk region. It would be like “not according to the rules”: we agreed, you (Putin) gave your word, we attacked Ukraine, and you?”, commented Romanyuk.

He is convinced that Putin cannot now “kick Trump around rudely and cynically,” and therefore will agree to the US plan.

“Putin does not want to lose Trump at the very beginning of his term, because there are still 4 long years ahead and no one knows what will happen. And Trump can impose an embargo on Russian oil if Putin refuses, introduce his 35 thousand American troops into Hungary, deploy them in three Baltic countries and Poland, and provide Ukraine with ATACMS, which ran out in January before Trump’s inauguration. And against this backdrop, Trump can show Putin “Kuzkin’s mother”… I think Putin has no options now to aggravate relations with Trump. He will have to agree to this option,” Romanyuk said.

  1. Trump has ordered Ukraine to leave Kursk……………………..holy maggy. Speaking about being a Russian agent………………

  2. There is something very strange going on around Kursk. No way mafia land could have taken back so much land in such a short time. Even with no intelligence or military aid, Ukraine could have held on for far longer than they have.

    • Treachery.
Krasnov seems to have locked himself into a putler victory. He’s packed his team with putler propagandist liars, he’s committed to purchasing thieved Ukrainian minerals from putler, he’s committed to keeping Ukraine out of Nato, he’s forcing Ukraine to cede land to nazi thieves, torturers and rapists, he’s forced Ukraine out of Kursk, he’s insulted and humiliated the president of a democratic country, he’s put AfD-loving nazi Muskovy at his right hand, he’s put a pigshit-thick Ukraine-hater as VP and put ruZZian agents Gabbardova and Patel in charge of the CIA and FBI respectively.
What else could he possibly do to convince the world where his loyalties lie?
He’s putting troops into putler satellite Orbanistan: phase one of an invasion from the west into Ukraine?
He makes Merkel almost seem respectable.

    • According to Deep State Map and Ukraine Interactive Map, the AFU is still occupying parts of Kursk.

      • The whole thing stinks of US interference. The potato generals don’t have the ability to advance so quickly.
