Friends, thank you for all your messages I receive and huge support, and sharp questions. Many of you asked similar things, so I decided to answer openly to make it clear.
What diplomats call a world order never truly existed. After 1945 Europe lived in an exhausted truce, formalized in Helsinki in 1975. Putin destroyed that fragile balance in 2014 when he changed Europe’s borders by force. Since then, the world has lived in a post-rule reality that has become the new normal.
This war is not a repeat of 1943. It is a war of drones, long-range missiles, cyber strikes, and energy destruction. It targets societies, not armies. Ukraine is already the frontline of a new kind of global conflict where exhaustion itself becomes a weapon.
Europe is not weak because of apathy but because it was built for consensus, not war. For decades it relied on American protection. In 2022 most EU members still spent less than two percent of GDP on defence. This is no longer sustainable.
The war will not end through negotiation or goodwill. It will end when Russia runs out of resources. The question remains who will reach that point first.
Ukraine’s survival means the end of empire. An empire cannot exist without control over its myth, and Ukraine has always been that myth’s core. The real battle now is not only at the front but in energy, logistics, and the will to stay.
Ukraine is not a victim. It is the moral axis of this war. If we stand, it will mark not only our survival but the end of old empires.

Thank you for the precise and clear description of what it happening. If Ukraine stand – it will be the end of old empires. It also means that if Ukraine to fall – the world will be back to XIX century of imperial wars, but with nukes. That means that eventually all out nuclear war will happen (law of probabilities). It means that the very survival of human civilisatin depends on Ukraine’s victory.

“It means that the very survival of human civilisatin depends on Ukraine’s victory.”
I might not go that far. But, to be sure, if Ukraine falls, so will the rest of Europe. Much of the rest of “human civilization” is trash anyway, so maybe, in a way, the author is right.
I would.
Ukraine simply must win. No other option exists.
It’s common for pundits to imply that the orc savages are incompetent. No Ukrainian soldiers say that and it does a disservice to them for us to say it.
In fact the putinaZis are methodical and are sticking to a plan; which for them is working. They are advancing, taking and holding land. They don’t care how many orcs they lose or how long it takes.
They are supremely confident: look at the kuntz about to dance on the bones of the Ukrainian children they murdered at the theatre in Mariupol, which they have rebuilt and turned into a hellish putinaZi citadel.
We are going to be helplessly observing more and more horror and atrocities indefinitely.
Or until a strong ally with actual integrity comes along and says “enough is enough.”
